The Senior Business Analyst will have a critical responsibility to deliver clear requirements to support Global platform development. - Analyse and document current state business processes and help define desired state business processes and transition roadmap to support the fast-growing new Global business and allow it to scale efficiently and effectively. - Define IT solution requirements to support the Global platform roadmap development in a way that supports just-in-time operational requirements as well as end-state delivery. - Communicate information, business and solution requirements to the development team and to the business functions as required to support execution and clarity. Process Improvement - Monitor and review feedback from business stakeholders and customers to improve the IT solutions we are building. - Prioritise immediate requirements and jump across areas as needed to support a fast paced development schedule. - Support Agile SCRUM processes across the team. - Conduct workshops to identify and map as-is processes and data flow. - Lead conversations to identify, build and document to-be processes. - Ensure input sprints in well-defined, including functional requirements, creative designs and workflows. - Ensure efficient and consistence processes are implemented within the team. - Foster a shared understanding of what's being developed, and why, with the entire team - Create training material if needed. Analysis - Analyse and contribute to development of usable and pragmatic business facing solutions including interactions, information architecture and content. - Participate in systems and data analysis to identify requirements, opportunities and issues. - Analyse process and system issues, document finding and where possible, identify how to rectify. - Collect, analyse and monitor market and competitive intelligence data.
