Valuations - Senior Business Analyst / Research Lead

- Development of various types of financial models to value debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions

- Financial Spreading for Valuation, knowledge of Intangible Valuation (Trademarks, Customer Relationships, Technology, Non-Competes, Earnouts, Seller Notes, Rolled Equity)

- Complex Securities (ability to understand and then model Complex Capitalization Tables and their distribution waterfalls)

- Perform various valuation methods, including but not limited to:

1. Comparable companies, precedents, and DCF.

2. Multi-Period Excess Earnings.

3. Relief From Royalty.

4. With-and-Without Method.

5. Distributor Method.

6. Greenfield Method.

7. Cost Method.

8. Option Pricing Methods (Black Scholes, Monte Carlo Simulations, etc.).

9. Volatility Measurements.

10. Calculating discount (WACC) rates.

- Prepare valuation reports and complete supporting analyses with accuracy and completeness

- Preparing detailed equity / debt comps, purchase price allocation, goodwill impairment study and doing Industry Research / Economic Overview

- QoE (Quality or Earning) experience is an added advantage
