Job Title : Senior Program Manager- Business Analyst

Job Purpose :

- Responsible for leading and managing projects to support the organization's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Guide the team to manage across Project Life Cycle Management - from initiation through to closure

- Facilitate smooth and timely implementation of tasks across functions

- Facilitate resolution for any issues that are escalated in a timely manner

- Provide Project / Programme status to senior management of the Bank

- Guide Project Team members - Project Management Framework / usage of Enterprise Project Management Tool

- Undertake research / analytics - as required - industry / player-level analysis (overall / specific dimension) - and assess applicability for Company

- Support in planning and budgeting process

- Analyse variances (quantum, root cause), recommend course of action

- Provide Company-wide / Business Unit updates and develop presentations for variety of stakeholders
