Senior Business Analyst - OTC Derivatives - Investment Bank

Client: A leading Investment Banking Company.

OTC Reform Program - Context

The G20 commitment to improve transparency and robustness of OTC markets is leading to a series of market reforms being proposed globally. Changes will impact across multiple asset classes (e.g. Rates, CDS, Commodities, Equities and FX), across multiple functions (execution, clearing, reporting, and business processes). There are a number of project workstreams to deliver across multiple technology and business deliverables.

Role Context:

- This will be a hands-on business analysis role and includes enabling development across OTC deliverables. In addition to completing analysis tasks, the Business Analyst will provide guidance to other developers/ business analysts/ tech analysts/ key business and technology stakeholders, peer review code, work across multiple project work streams and new initiatives.

- The BA will need to communicate the review/ analysis/ development status and strategy to management, architects and Global Markets technology teams.

- The BA must also assist with SPRINT planning requirements and follow ups.

- The BA must have excellent analytical and communication skills, attention to detail is critical/ mandatory, and understand the Global Markets environment, products, business workflows/ technology and how it is impacted by new initiatives.

- He/she is to conduct detailed analysis requirements/ gaps/ and development solutions to deliver against business requirements within the project timeframes while complying with Company 's policies and procedures. There will also be a requirement to support implementation through till production, and ensure smooth transition with BAU production support teams.
