Description :

- Analysis of business KPIs to identify trends, gaps, opportunities

- Review business financial performance and track performances against defined goals

- Support businesses to prepare implementation plans for key initiatives

- Demonstrate the ability to deep dive into a business and understand the dynamics of the same

- View a problem holistically, considering people, process and resource elements of an issue

Profile :

- You must be a CA/MBA with atleast 6-10 years of experience post-qualification

- Strong data analysis and interpretation ability

- Ability to view a problem holistically and should be process-oriented with demonstrated ability in designing process improvement/process redesign Solution-focused mindset

- Should be able to articulate issues and solutions orally and in writing
