Senior Business Analyst - IT

Job Description:

- Responsible to convert information to insight across the customer journey

- Own end-end delivery on data analytics requirements right from data capture to building dashboards & reports

i. Answer business-critical questions using data and enable data-driven decision making

ii. Set up regular reports for various stakeholders to aid daily business delivery

iii. Liaise with the engineering team to drive improvements in the way data is captured and stored, so as to drive improvements in analytics

- Ensure maintenance of data at various stages of customer funnel to enable smooth functioning of all business critical dashboards & reports

Desired Attributes:

- Excellent skills on BI tools like Tableau

- Strong SQL skills & comfort working with Postgres & MongoDB

- Scripting experience would be a plus

- Strong analytical ability
