Senior Business Analyst - Intelligent Transportation Solutions & Systems Integration Firm

Key Responsibilities & Competencies:

- Evaluate business processes, foresee requirements, and assess areas for improvement to meet the Financial and Business Goals

- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies in line with Corporate Vision

- Stay up-to-date on the latest process as well as Technology and ICT advancements to automate and modernize systems

- Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management

- Gather critical information from meeting with various stakeholders and producing useful reports

- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements

- Use strategic thinking to see the big picture, determine the problem and understand fundamental parts of the problem

- Identify business/industry trends and strategy/Policy; scan competitive landscape; analyze Industry data

- Identify, distinguish and analyze multiple components of a problem, and then make recommendations for business cases and Strategies

- Provide data and thorough Project/Business/Market recommendations to all Stakeholders to support strategic decision-making

- Prepare sales/projects/financial analyses (eg post-mortem on business/lost cases; determine potential to move upward; cost/benefit analysis; data process modeling/analysis of problems)

Qualification & Experience:

- A bachelor's degree in Engineering and an MBA

- A minimum of 15 year experience in Business Operations / Strategy, with at least 5 years as a Business Analyst in Technology Domain

- Experience in analytical, conceptual and strategic thinking

- Influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions

- Experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations

- Competence in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and BI tools

- Experience in planning, organizational development, and risk management

- Project Management experience - desirable

- Experience in analyzing components of large multi-functional projects

- Self-starter, strong initiative & leadership skills and can work under pressure

- Strong quantitative skills such as statistics and data analysis

- Ability to adapt quickly
