DuckCreek Sr Business Analyst (4-8 yrs)
Key Requirement for the Position
- Insurance domain (P&C) experience. Understanding Policy Life Cycle.
- Understanding or experience of working on insurance systems.
- Understanding of US (and global) insurance markets and products.
- Experience on various insurance LOB's and for various geographies.
- Preferable to have exposure to IT industry and understanding of SDLC (Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience in specialty insurance will be an advantage.
- Some experience as a Business Analyst and exposure to BA tools (Dev Ops, FreshService) is an added advantage.
Additional Skills: - Strong communication (fluency in written and verbal communication in English).
- Excellent time management and planning skills with the ability to learn and adapt quickly and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical thinking, problem solving and result oriented thinking.
- Capacity to work independently as well as in team.
- Knowledge of DuckCreek Policy system will be an added advantage.
Job Description :- Requirement gathering and prioritizing.
- Creating conceptual prototypes and process flows.
- Documentation (User stories, requirements) and managing Boards (Dev Ops).
- Planning and leading Client calls/email communication.
- Liaising with Dev and QA for regular requirement understanding sessions, UAT testing, test case review, etc. and other internal stakeholders.
