Senior Business Analyst - General Ledger

Role:

Business Analyst is to provide business analysis expertise and support to elaborate and document the business deliverables.

Will be responsible for and lead the change lifecycle for one or more applications.

This includes documenting and agreeing business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements.

Requirements gathering

Validation, reconciliation & analysis

Explaining the requirements to the development team

Coordinates requirements gathering, documentation, prioritisation and traceability working with multiple programme teams and senior stakeholders.

Support the Requirements Management, Design, Change Management and Implementation Management activities

Document and develop targeted benefits for a change intervention

Constantly monitoring and resolving production tickets as and when required from the Clients.

In an individual capacity the role holder would also be responsible for Leading, managing and executing the analysis activity within one or more of the priority programmes.

Experience:

Good Exposure in General Ledger.

Handling multiple GL projects.

Must have 4+ years experience in General Ledger.

Be self-motivated and driven but able to manage and work in a team whenever required.

Be able to cope and bring structure to ambiguous situations and problems.

Ability to solve problems and to suggest viable alternative approaches.
