My Client is having a permanent opening for Senior BA with Fixed income, derivatives experience.
Salary budget is 17 LPA
Responsibilities - Lead and execute analysis activity for Confirmations in the LIBOR Programme
- Impact analysis (Front to Back) on the IBOR Rates on Systems and Processes
- Participate in discussions to capture, analyze and document business processes
- Manage or collaborate in change interventions such as training and communication
- Managing implementation of solutions to Operations
- Risk identification, risk reporting and devising interventions to mitigating risks
- Work closely with Sponsors, Stakeholders, Technology, Business lines, Vendors and Central Programmes
Role Requirements - Minimum of 10 plus years experience in OTC Derivative Ops. Experience in Outgoing (Drafting) & Incoming (Indexing/Matching/Affirmations/Chasing) processes would be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of Confirmations process
- Required to act independently and with flexibility, mutlitasking but still ensuring strong attention to detail in line with bank Transformation and control standards.
- Ensure the impact of change initiatives on Derivative Services Operations to processes, technology and people are identified and understood.
- Timely identification and escalation of issues and queries.
- Ensure that the Programmes elements are fed into Operations
- Build Relationships with the Operations sites/teams, Business and Technology
- Coordinate to Derivatives Services Operations the new process/ business capability to enable effective change
Experience/Skill set - Minimum of 10 plus years experience in OTC Derivative Ops. Experience in Outgoing (Drafting) & Incoming (Indexing/Matching/Affirmations/Chasing) processes would be an added advantage.
