Responsibility : - This is a retail product role with a focus on problem statements around customer experience, customer support & user insights. For the product you will b e building, you will help define and manage the end - to - end user experience. - As a member of the Product Team, you will drive the strategy, roadmap, execution and growth of a product area. - To own the Product roadmap for all the digital products - mobile apps and chatbots - Help create a world - class customer experience platform supporting end - users as well as internal & support teams. - PMs on the team enjoy a high degree of responsibility and ownership - You will work closely with other product managers, engineers, designers, sales, marketing, legal, analytics and do everything (defining requirements, prioritizing, testing, writing copy, tracking metrics etc.) to ship high - quality products. - You will report into Director of Innovation Experience Range : - 2 - 7 years of product management experience in building mobile consumer products, and have demonstrated impact in your previous product stints Skill Sets : - Have strong problem - solving skills which involve structured thinking, ability to analyse situations, and creativity to come up with ideas and solutions. - Responsible, accountable and willing to go work on challenging problems - Having a clear sense of building high quality products - Have a solid understanding of the technical architecture of mobile/web applications and ecosystem - app stores, deep linking, server - side and client - side designs - Are collaborative yet comfortable challenging others and being challenged on your ideas. - Are very customer - focused and ensure the quality of customer experience in all its details - you neither gloss over quality nor delegate quality of the end product to others - Ability to interpret and make decisions based on data- - Bring in independent thought, like to challenge conventional thinking and identify opportunities to drastically simplify and improve ways of doing things, especially using technology. - Being Self driven - Product Ownership experience on B2B and B2C side - Extensive stakeholder management experience - Deep knowledge of Product Development lifecycle - Ability to think out of box Our Culture : - We value independence, ownership and taking on challenges.
