Senior Business Analyst/Consultant - Analytics - Information Technology Services

Our client is one of the leading provider of Information Technology Services, looking to hire Senior Business Analyst / Consultant who will be responsible for leading the consulting engagement with one of more verticals.

- Will be responsible for playing the role of SME for a Business Process or Functional area, applying business knowledge to influence solution design, and lead client pursuits from a functional point of view.

- Play key role in Solutions / offering Incubation and / or contributes to generating new business opportunities for Consulting / Solution led engagements.

- Will package analytical results in a business friendly manner which can be easily consumed and actioned and bring in improved ROI / Additional revenues to our clients by use of data, statistics and business logic.

- Working in collaboration with senior members of the client's organization and members of the engagement team, will bring a high degree of broad expertise in information technology and credibility to each engagement.

- Will also be responsible for providing leadership/engagement management by being a trusted advisor to clients while delivering innovative solutions to complex problems. Will bring in tools and techniques to the table that will help us better solve business problems for clients.

Position Activities and Tasks:

- Developing and maintaining strong client relations with senior executives- developing new insights into the client's business model and pain points, and delivering actionable, high-impact results

- Supporting business development and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction during delivery

- Leading and mentoring other IT consultants within the practice and across business units

- Contributing to the thought capital through the creation of executive presentations, architecture documents and IT position papers

Mandatory Functional Skills

- In depth knowledge of Insurance domain, Travel ( Airlines) domain, Media Domain.

Professional Experience Required

- 10 to 12 years of demonstrated hands-on experience in the area of Business Analytics

- At least 5 Full cycle of Business Analytics engagements with at-least two engagements with role of Senior Business Analyst / Consultant

Technical Skills Required

- Exposure to analytical tool kits like SAS, R, Python, Ml Libraries ( Azure, Spark)

- Expertise in data analysis
