Job Title : Senior Business Analyst - Compliance

Job Description

- Develop a business understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and Compliance matters

- Understanding of Compliance policies related to Interactions with Healthcare Professionals and Institutions

- Understanding of data sources that capture reportable information including: Concur (expenses), InterFace (speaker programs), HCP ReX (consulting/advisory), CTIS (clinical), and Spreadsheets (misc. data sources)

- Understanding of reportable data related to marketing payments, grants/charitable contributions, clinical investigations and R&D payments, and global payments to US HCPs

- Know how to identify questionable data to escalate for additional analysis or strategic compliance discussions

- Basic understanding of Corporate Integrity Agreement

Qualifications

- Master's degree in Finance or Pharma

- 8+ overall work experience, with 3+ experience within Pharma

- Strong understanding of Pharma value chain and US Pharma market (specifically around federal and state reporting)

- Prior experience within Global Pharma organization
