Senior Business Analyst - BFSI

Job Purpose;

The Senior Business Analyst is pivotal in driving the strategic use of data, by analyzing complex business problems and delivering actionable insights. Leveraging data and analytics, the Senior Business Analyst plays a crucial role in enhancing our understanding of the customer behavior and generating actionable insights across our digital assets such as Website, Mobile App, and various offline channels.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders across business, technology, and analytics teams to capture requirements and translate them into actionable tasks and project scopes.

- Conduct detailed exploratory analysis to generate insights that can be integrated into our OneApp for hyper-personalization.

- Extract customer insights from both internal and external data sources to inform business actions that drive revenue growth.

- Utilize data generated by our digital assets, such as our app and website, to build analytical solutions that enhance customer experience and address user drop-offs.

- Design and execute large-scale A/B experiments to validate improvements in key business KPIs and develop a long-term roadmap for the features being tested.

- Work in close collaboration with the Machine Learning/AI team to integrate their model outputs into our digital app and website and distribute the same to offline channels such as branches and call centers.

Ideal Candidate Must Have:

- 4-6 Years of experience

- Experience with Python, SQL & ML is a plus.

- Proven track record in delivering data analytics projects.
