Senior Business Analyst - Banking Domain

This is with reference to your cv posted in job portal, currently we are having opening for Sr.Business Analyst with leading MNC Banking chain.

Role - Sr.Business Analyst

Location - Delhi/Ncr

KRA's

7 to 10 years including 4 to 6 years in technology project management experience including (Stakeholder Management, Communication Management, Risk Management, Cost Management, Time and Quality Management) etc. and 3 to 5 years in Banking Domain. Work experience in Global environment.

Major Responsibilities :

Managing Project Delivery -

- Stakeholder Management - Regular interaction on mails, calls and meetings

- Managing project resources optimally- Regular interactions with key stakeholders

- People Management - Planning & constantly reviewing training plans, back up plans, leaves and availability of project managers to ensure projects progress smoothly, regular interactions with Assignment Managers/ Client and act on feedback received, team reward and recognition opportunities

- Team building activities, internal training, engagement and development initiatives

- Team Resourcing and Skill development

Education qualification :

Graduation in any stream.

(B.E. / B. Tech/ M.C.A preferred)

Post graduation preferred.

Preferably Certified PRINCE 2 Practitioner/ BA Diploma / PMP - Business Applications - Proficient in use of Excel, Word, Power Point, MS project, Visio
