Job Description :
- My Client integrates city transportation for customers and driver partners onto a mobile technology platform ensuring convenient, transparent, and quick service fulfillment. Also they are is committed to its mission of building mobility for a billion people.
- Using the mobile app, users across 110 cities can book from over 6,00,000 vehicles across cabs, auto-rickshaws, and taxis.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for working on multiple hypotheses and problem statements in areas not restricted to Partner Earnings, Ops & Exp. / Asset Management / Asset Safety / Cost optimization etc. with an objective to provide qualitative and quantitative insights
- Build Financial and Business models to support the team to take an effective decision on business strategy
- Responsible for Data modeling / RCA for projects across verticals - Data pulling & model
- Develop / Design effective and scalable solutions to build dashboards on reporting tools
- Own and deliver the implementation of new methods for data visibility, monitoring, management, and automation of dashboards
- Build dashboards on spreadsheet / MSTR to track business health -This includes building the entire dataset and automate this in the backend; build the UI on the MSTR as per L0/L1 metrics visibility
- Responsible for publishing Management Dashboards not limited to Partner-related metrics,
- Attrition, Compliance, RMT Quality, Network quality, Inventory recon, Costs optimization, etc.
Required Function Skills :
- SQL knowledge
- R-Server
- Python
- Pro in MS Excel
Experience and Skill Set Requirement :
- 3 to 5 years of experience performing quantitative statistical consumer behavior analysis, preferably for an internet or technology company
- Comfortable in assessing, transforming, and analyzing complex, high volume, high dimensional data from varying sources
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Comfortable in explaining technical topics to non-technical users
- Good client management skills with a solid grasp of both technical and business perspectives
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL, data warehousing, data modeling, dashboarding, and reporting, involving very large data sets and multiple data sources, with the ability to interpret data and produce significant insights
- Extensive experience doing funnel analysis, cohort analysis, customer journey analysis, A B tests, and readouts
- Experience automating analysis using analytics packages in languages like R or Python
- Demonstrable ability to work in a dynamic environment, and to meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projects
- Enjoy working in both individual and team settings
- Bachelor's/PG in Math, Statistics, Comp Sci, Engineering, Economics or other technical field required.
