Senior Business Analyst/Associate/Senior Associate - Presales - Analytics/Technical/RPA/AI - IIT/NIT/BITS

- Top tier schools, strong academics

- Exposure to new age technologies like RPA, IPA, automation, blockchain

- Strong communication

- Proved track record of having picked up new, cutting-edge technologies with industry evolution

- Financial services experience preferred. Please focus on external service providers/ consulting firms/ niche providers of automation solutions (instead of looking at captives)

Sr. Associate : (6-8 years experience)

- In addition to above, should have led teams, managed clients

- Having been involved in pre-sales/sales would be an added advantage

- Must have hands-on knowledge of technologies, challenges faced with execution and how to mitigate them

- Should be able to think through solution design for automation use cases

Associate: (3-5 years experience)

- Strong hands-on experience with automation technologies

- Should have independently led/delivered automation/AI projects

- Having been involved in pre-sales/sales would be an added advantage

Sr.BA - (1-3 years experience)

- Hands-on experience with automation technologies
