Description

- Able to work independently and take complete ownership from problem identification, requirement gathering to delivery and socialization of analysis

- Help teams understand and attain their business goals by leveraging Data Assets, with statistical or machine learning algorithms, wherever required

- Co-creating components of analytics products/ platform that provide actionable business insight

- At least 3 years hands-on experience in SQL and Python

- Experience in using big data technologies will be good to have

- Support the Head of Analytics in recruitment, creating a Learning & Development plan for team members and uplift the overall analytics quotient

Profile:

- Proven capabilities in delivering independent projects

- Should be hands-on with Data

- Not everyone understands the language of data and statistics, ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, to communicate the results in a simpler and understandable format
