Our client is a unique hygiene products manufacturing and distribution company. They provide easy to use, portable and disposable items for women and babies that are required during travel or on a day-to-day basis.

Founded in 2014, this company aims to enhance the quality of life and make it easier for women across the country. Recommended by best of doctors, their products are available across wellness stores and e-commerce websites, and selling like hotcakes - having sold over 20000 packs in their first year itself.

As a Senior Brand/ Marketing Manager, you will manage the in house team of graphic designers and copy writers and external creative agencies we work with.

What you will do:

- Planning marketing calendar and managing team deliverables.

- Ensuring that are marketing assets created are in line with the brand proposition.

- Owning the brand website and taking responsibility of the user experience on the website to maximize sales and establish the brand proposition.

- Understanding the importance of SEO and working with the SEO team to ensure we are following the correct practices and ranking high on the target keywords.

- Working with the performance marketing team to ensure that ads created are in line with the brand guidelines and requirements of the online sales team.

- Measuring and tracking the performance of various marketing activities and making changes as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

What you need to have:

- Have experience of working in an ecommerce company preferably in categories related to women (eg. Cosmetics, personal care, clothes, etc.)

- Understand the importance of brand building while ensuring marketing efforts drive sales.

- Have knowledge of and part experience in SEO, SEM, performance marketing, Shopify, marketing automation tools, social media platforms.

- Be self-motivated and a team player.

- Have an eye for detail.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
