- Utilize data analysis tools to gather insights into category performance. Make informed decisions based on data, identifying trends and opportunities & provide regular reports.
- Collaborate with various teams, including business, marketing, customer support, and data teams and ensure effective communication and alignment on category objectives and initiatives.
- 5-7 years of proven experience in e-commerce category management, preferably in fashion, personal care & beauty, or health and wellness.
- Strong understanding of retail trends, consumer behavior, and brand marketing.
- Should be able to curate, evaluate and recommend D2C, and up and coming brands for their relevant categories.
- Any relevant experience of merchandising with tv shopping or D2C aggregators
