Senior Brand Manager - Real Estate

Currently working on a Sr.Brand Manager role for a Real Estate company based in Gurgaon.

Market Research: Lead market research initiatives to derive insights on consumer wants/needs/desires before product conceptualization

Brand Strategy :

Positioning and Differentiation :

- Finalize the brand's vision, positioning and architecture

- Innovate to create product differentiation in the market place

Brand Communication :

- Lead initiatives for consistent external & internal communications as per the Corporate Communications guidelines.

Visual Identity :

- Brand name, logo, catch phrase, jingle, mascot, brand manuals, etc.

ATL Communication:

- Development of creative & finalization of the media plan

Collaterals :

- Brochures and leaflets, project presentations, virtual project animations, corporate presentation and AVs, project models, designs for all external and internal signages/ graphics

Public Relations :

- Co-coordinating with agencies and internal stake holders for relevant releases and conferences

Events & Exhibitions :

- Participating/ Exhibiting / sponsoring relevant events for in India and abroad. Organizing events for prospects, channel partners and customers.

Online :

- Websites development and management, social media management - LinkedIn, Twitter & Facebook

The position would report to Head Sales.

Looking for MBA's with a specialization in Marketing from an institute of repute. 9 - 12 years of relevant experience, any industry.
