Senior Brand Manager - Hospitality

Job Description/Key Deliverable :

- Work on brand and communication strategy for respective brand in existing & new with a Product Manager reporting to him/her.

- Develop, deploy a communication strategy across media vehicles - ATL & BTL and liaisoning for digital media

- Identify consumer segments, design & drive engagement program to improve performance from each segment.

- High focus towards execution abilities as the person will be driving implementation of all plans in various branches with clear focus on driving demand

- Ability to ideate, conceptualise and drive local consumer behavior driven demand and marketing plans

- Implement marketing and promotional campaigns and analyzing the campaign effectiveness.

- To plan strategic & tactical promotional activities by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements.

- To evaluate marketing campaigns and prepare activity reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.

- Understand the business needs & driving partnership, affiliations and consumer engagement opportunities across all verticals / channels

- Drive Customer acquisition from partnerships, analyze and communicate partner metrics

- Structure agreements & negotiate commercials (if required) with the above-identified partners.

- Drive the action plans out of these alliances internally in the organization.

- Handle marketing operations entirely; media planning & buying, creative development, collateral production & distribution.

- To monitor competitor activity, collect competition data, market trends, new product information, market share, pricing, and advertising etc.

- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Essential for candidate :

1. Handled a brand with marketing budgets of over Rs 15 cr and ability to work with ad agencies, and media agencies.

2. Excellent communication skills & media buying capabilities

3. Good track of commercial acumen & execution expertise
