Leading the brand strategy :
- Develop the 3-year strategic brand plans & create a roadmap in terms of 6Ps
- Execute the brand strategy through the year to deliver the targeted topline and bottom line
- Develop the annual brand activity calendar basis the strategic brand plan
- Lead the proposition development work on the brand
- Brand budget tracking & management
- Maintain the digital presence of the brand along with the digital media team.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Your success will be driven by your demonstration of the values & competencies. More specifically related to this position, you would be expected to exhibit/display the following:
- MBA/ PGDM in Sales/Marketing
- 5-7 years of experience with at least 2 years of brand management/ marketing experience in FMCG domain. Demonstrated experience across the entire marketing mix including NPD, launches, consumer brand communication, digital, packaging, point of sale and leveraging category and consumer insights.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships and engage key stakeholders through integrity and trust.
- Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas
- It is pivotal you are a strong communicator with exceptional stakeholder management skills and can build relationships cross functionally, building engagement and influencing across the business.
- This coupled with well-developed project management and problem-solving skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, a resilient nature and the ability to think quickly and on your feet and adapt well to change, will set you up for success in this role.

- Reporting to Associate Director - Marketing
- Key working relationships - Innovation team, Other functional departments, Advertising agency, Media agency, Research agency, Packaging/ Design agencies, Representatives from media and entertainment industry, Local and global vendors
