Our client is a renowned FMCG Company They are in search of the right talent to join their Kolkata office as Manager / Sr Manager - Brand.

PRE-REQUISITES :

- Candidate must be passed out from Tier 1 B School like IIM A,B,C,K,L,I | FMS | MDI | IIFT, Delhi | ISB | SIBM, Pune | XLRI | XIMB etc.

- Must be 2015-2018 Batch (Full time) passed out

- Minimum four years' experience of Brand Marketing in FMCG category

- Prior experience in Trade Marketing would be an advantage.

- Must have developed, communicated and executed the Brand vision and strategy

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY:

- Develop and implement the brand plan to ensure that brand objectives are achieved.

- Commission research and rigorously analyze data to ensure brand issues are understood and corrective action identified.

- Recommend and manage all brand activity to ensure fit with brand strategy and corporate guidelines.

- Understand the impact of cost elements on brand profitability and control brand support expenditure to ensure brand profit objectives are achieved.
