1. Developing new categories within brand along with New Product Development responsibilities, collateral materials for ATL, BTL activities, product mix
2. Consumer research & insight, proactive approach for new launches & campaigns
3. Develops a strategy for the brand in alignment with the corporate plans and overall marketing plans.
4. Understands & defines the brand identity & align all the brands- plans accordingly
5. Coordinates with advertising & research agencies as well as consultants to develop suitable brand initiatives to position the brand in keeping with the above identity
