Senior Brand Manager for a leading FMCG Company into Food Industry.   - The Senior Brand Manager will be leading the branding and marketing initiatives for the organization in creating a strong brand recall in the consumer's mind by building a community to incentivize trials and repeats to begin with.   - There is a need to create a distinct content distribution and visibility to help create a distinct brand.  - The role is expected to understand the consumer mind-set in the ready-to eat category and create strategy to attract more people to see value in the product.   - As the organization launches more categories, this role would need to create distinct brands and separate strategies for each product-line.   - The role would be expected to visualize the benefits of strategic partnerships in specific areas and ensure smooth closure of the alliances in conjunction with the leadership team.  Some of the key responsibilities for this role are :  Design : Brand-building with a very strong focus on design as look and feel would be a key aspect of this business.  Editorial :   - Blogs, expert comments and feedback from the leaders in the food industry.  - Communication and Content Marketing.  - BTL through retail experiences and events  - The role would be expected to understanding consumers well, use insights to develop a marketing and brand strategy and contribute towards the overall growth.   - The incumbent would be responsible for helping grow the venture to its fullest potential, with an initial focus on scale and revenue growth.   - The role will require working with various functions including Strategy, Product Management, Content Creation, Technology, key partnership development and other support functions like HR and Finance.   - The role will require a hands-on approach and very strong collaborative skills.  - The role receives strong support and direction from the co-founders who will work closely in defining the strategic and operational aspects of the venture.  - The candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset, a proven fast track record and will combine a diverse set of functions:  - Strong academic background with 7-8 years of total Branding/Marketing.   - An understanding of the digital marketplace business model  - Experience across digital media and personally savvy with social media and mobile platforms  - Marketing experience in B2C and B2B segments  An appreciation for consumer online behavior :  - Understanding of Hyperlocal marketplace and how Technology can be leveraged in this environment.
