- Preparing and strategizing for company endeavors involves thorough consideration of product specifics, competitive analysis, key messaging, and market positioning prior to launch.
- Additionally, the role entails devising comprehensive strategies for crafting new product packaging from inception (post New Product Development) or refining existing packaging as required, encompassing aspects such as shipping and overall packaging logistics.
- While planning remains a secondary responsibility, the primary focus lies on executing these strategies in collaboration with designers, actively participating in brainstorming sessions, and contributing to final decisions.
- Furthermore, responsibilities extend to listing new products and updating current ones, managing flow, content, and coordinating creatively with internal teams and external marketplaces.
- Ideal candidates should possess over 7 years of experience in marketing/branding, including a minimum of 2 years within the in-house team of a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brand, preferably within a notable startup. Experience in orchestrating New Product Launches and devising packaging strategies is a prerequisite."
