Senior Brand Manager - FMCG

My client is a renowned name in the Personal Care and Beauty space and they are looking out for a Senior Brand Manager to join their office in Bangalore. In this role, you'll oversee marketing plans, analyse competition and consumer behaviour, develop new product launch strategies, drive insights, and collaborate effectively.

Roles & Responsibility:

- Manage mid-term marketing plans basis the long-term objectives for the brand

- Analyze competition, trends, and consumer behavior.

- Develop successful new product launch strategies across different channels

- Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

- Drive measurement and insights for marketing initiatives.

- Collaborate with marketing team, cross-functional teams and external partners/agencies/vendors.

Requirements:

- Post grad. in Marketing preferred

- 4-5 years of experience in Brand Management, Consumer Marketing, E-commerce or digital marketing

- Prior experience in direct-to-consumer brands or FMCG brands

- Self-driven, enthusiastic team player

- Excellent stakeholder management
