Senior Brand Manager
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies :
- Cutting edge Marketeer with both Marketing and Commercial acumen
- Atleast 5 years experience in Marketing on a Strong FMCG Mass Brand ; Field Sales exp of 2-3 years is a must; Overall professional experience min 10, Max 15 years.
- Ability to influence and work with different functions without direct authority
- High Energy, Self driven individual.
- Should be capable of moving to Category Lead position in 12-18 months.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Identifying Brand and Consumer Strategy to drive aggressive and profitable growth.
2. Driving Brand activities in the year across channels, geographies and media to ensure delivery against Brand
Marketing and Business Objectives.
3. Develop the Annual Brand Plan with Key Growth Pillars and ATL & BTL execution elements there in.
4. Work with Agency partners to develop Clutter Breaking Creative execution across Offline and Online Media
5. Develop effective and efficient Media Strategy and drive execution of the same
6. Identify periodic initiatives to boost sales e.g. Consumer Promotions
7. Work with internal stakeholders to ensure Brand initiatives are delivered in a timely manner
8. Identify avenues to drive Brand profitability
