Senior Brand Manager - FMCG
- Identifying and developing the Brand strategy, including the brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
- Develop the Annual brand plan including Go to Market Plan for current brand and execute the approved plans
- Prepare the GTM plan for brand campaigns
- Conceptualize, develop, execute, and monitor the performance of the brand / product campaigns, - identifying the right channels and liaising with agencies
- Managing the budget for the allocated portfolio - ensuring ROI maximization
- Campaign performance monitoring on a regular basis, analyze and come up with an optimization plan to improve campaign metrics and develop reporting system
- Responsible to monitor and update campaign budget/spend vs. target
- Work closely with Advertising / Media agency for all creative content development & execution
- Identify competitors' brands, assess consumer perception and decide the right positioning for the products
- Collaborating with cross functional teams to enable smooth functioning and execution
- Creating and managing promotional / marketing activities calendar in line with the brand objectives
