Senior Brand Manager - Fabric Care

- Design market entry plan for new brand entry

- Managing businesses with big Stores

- New product development & Launches - Product launches & market extensions in-line with brand strategy

- Marketing Budget management - Manage budget for all ATL & BTL expenditures

- Work with growth & product teams to build a product & drive sales for the brand

- Lead the identification & development of promotional & visibility vendors to create point of sale promotion & visibility ideas.

- Work along with the HOM to create the long term strategic & short term annual operating plans for the brand.

- Continuously monitor the market and competitive landscape to evaluate the existing and upcoming opportunities/ challenges, staying ahead of the competition, alter strategy to help the brand gain share of the category.

- Undertake regular market visits to get abreast of market activities, consumer trends, pricing, staying abreast with competition activities, monitor implementation of marketing and promotional campaign, take first hand feedback from customers and create right market connect.

- Lead any market research or insights development projects for the brand.
