- Managing Product Line GTM, Sell-out platform,New Product launches, PLC management, Trade marketing activities, Event management

- Campaigns starting from Insight to Concept to Execution

- Spearheading the product decisions across all channels

- Devise the new pricing strategy of the brand to strengthen the entry segment & get new users on the brand

- Top-line growth in categories by correcting assortment at store level, deploying right price bench-marking against competitors & building promotional schemes around shelf off-takes

- Define customer segmentation & developing the 4P strategy to support the segments

- Improve trader range basket penetration in the Outlet

- Responsible for BTL activation and demand generation with extensive user and influencer connect.
