Senior Brand Manager - BFSI (9-11 yrs)
Job Description :
- Understand requirement of the stakeholders, define clear objectives, manage day to day interactions & build consensus
- Communication across
a. ATL (Above the line) - TV, print, outdoor
b. BTL (Below the line)
c. Digital
- Help develop marketing communication & collaterals across all channels
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
- Shape and communicate our vision and mission
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to - take action-
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors- activities
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
- Devise growth strategies
- Align the company around the brand's direction, choices and tactics
- MBA from a premier institute is preferred
-9+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience in analysing the brand positioning and consumer insights
- Helping shape and communicate our vision and mission
- Translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Ability to build brand strategy

Compensation upto : 20 L
