Senior Brand Manager - Activation - Restaurant Chain

Looking for candidates for Market Activation role with a leading chain of restaurant to be based at Gurgaon.

Job Description :

- Develop and Execute a strong ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) calendar to bring alive annual strategy and meet defined marketing objectives

- Develop the brand communication plan and coordinate with advertising agency to design and execute impactful campaigns

- Supervise Regional LSM (Local store marketing) programmes including planning, designing, and monitoring implementation

- Drive Innovation through DEDVIM process to ensure optimum resource allocation and support from cross functional teams

- Coordination with Research agencies for all key research required for identifying new product/bundling ideas, short listing potential ideas on key parameters and determining optimal pricing through qualitative and quantitative research

- Track brand health scores and Usage and Attitude study gauging changes in consumer preference, relevance of propositions and emerging trends and needs

- Coordinate with Media agency to deliver impactful ATL/BTL campaigns to ensure defined business results
