Roles and Responsibilities :
- Execution of Marketing Plans & Product Launches.
- To develop the annual marketing plan.
- To improve product formulations, packaging, positioning and communications development.
- Expertise in Launch Planning & Operations.
- To coordinate all marketing spends & budget releases for the brands.
- Responsible for the development & execution of consumer promotions.
- Responsible for all Brand Activity Operation.
- To Work with the Sales Team in all areas of merchandising development to ensure execution & implementation of the merchandising plan as per brand guidelines.
Salary Range: 10 - 12 LPA
