Brand Management
- Responsible for synergising marketing efforts for meeting the revenue targets for the respective business
- Develop annual financial plan and budget for marketing activities and ensure its effectiveness
- Planning, preparing and executing marketing plans, encompassing both Above the Line (ATL) and Below the Line (BTL) marketing activities to enhance brand recall
- Responsible for overseeing the marketing mix for sprinkler category- product/packaging related work, pricing, distribution and promotion
- Liaise with creative agencies to develop the marketing creative- online, print, brochures. Review marketing programs, campaigns with respect to ROI and impact on sales to effectiveness
Trade Marketing
- Develop and maintain trade marketing calendar of activities working with both the Sales & Marketing team
- Plan and execute promotional visibility campaign as per channel visibility strategy
- Manage the implementation, tracking and ROI measurement of marketing campaigns
- Managed and lead a team of 60 on-roll and off-roll promoters during peak product season to increase retailer sell-ins and gain share of shelf against competition
