- Lead a result oriented team and is responsible for managing the Branch Profitability, ensuring high quality service and Customer Relationship Management
- Own all branch-banking objectives and overall branch supervision
- Ensure achievement of overall Branch Targets by generating business and cross sales
- Ensure compliance with Banking rules, Regulations & Procedures
- Sourcing Trade Forex products, new to Bank Customers.
- Handling HNI Clients Acquire New to Bank Trade and Foreign Exchange Customer
- Responsible for execution of marketing activities in the branch.
- Increase retail and corporate business through new acquisitions, deepening of existing accounts, and carries out specific product campaign.
- To tap corporate institutions, PSUs, Govt. Depts, NGOs, Trusts, Societies and Clubs for increasing customer base, deposits, and fee-based income.
- Distributions of Mutual fund and Insurance schemes along with handling D-mat account campaign for increasing depository business.
- To ensure achievement of branch budget for all liabilities and assets products
