Senior Branch Manager - Banking

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Responsible and accountable as Profit Center Head.

- Achievement of branch budgets - Retail liabilities/ Fee Income.

- Keeping tab on the market trends including that of the competitors.

- Act as a brand Ambassador of the Bank by implementing the strategies in tandem with Corporate Objectives.

- Act towards achieving business goals, set by CO, for the branch viz Deposits, Fee Income, and Profitability and communicate the same to all team members.

- Analyzing past performance, monitor trends, evaluate present trends/opportunities in the market for formalizing business strategies & generate leads for business development.

Monitor and support Out-bound Sales team to enable them to achieve 80% of the business targets.

- Monitor and support Branch Sales to enable the Branch team to achieve 60% of the total Liability target and 90% of the Fee based income target.
