Our client is an Investment bank, offering clients a wide range of financial products and services, including mutual funds. Due to expansion in the business, they are currently looking for a Mutual Fund Sales & Distribution Professional to join their team.

Responsibilities:
- Developing new relationships with SME, MSE and Large corporate, banks and financial institutions who are leading investors for treasury management solutions.
- Identification of such potential accounts, initiating dialogue with them on deliverables and convert them and gain a reasonable share of the overall business.
- Business mobilization in line with the budgeted targets for various asset classes.
- Advising the investors in collaboration with Research on the house views on money markets, fixed income and equity view and also on currency markets trends,.
- Channelization of the contacts for extension of the Company's business interests with individual employees also in order to promote the products relevant to the category.
- Ensuring the promised deliverables and periodic portfolio reviews and client servicing so that existing as well as new relationships are maintained well.
- Co-ordination locally with AMCs for working together on new products and also for organizing events which are of utility to the investors.
- Providing MIS in the prescribed formats to the Functional Head on the business done at the frequency stipulated from time to time.
Profile:
- The person may be a graduate /post graduate in any of the relevant disciplines, like management, economics, commerce, math or statistics.
- Should have at least 6-8 years of experience in corporate sales.
- Candidates should have exposure to mutual fund sales with an AMC or Corporate Distribution House in treasury management solution for corporate for at least 4 years and having exposure to handling business with corporate treasuries with advisory on various market segments and products.
- Should have very good communication as a very essential skill as success with larger and sophisticated players in the market would depend to a large extent on this critical acumen.
