Senior Auditor - CA - Automotive

Note:

- Four years or more of professional experience as an auditor or other relevant controls experience

- General knowledge of US and local GAAP accounting standards, COSO Internal Control-Integrated Framework, and SOX

- Effective English oral and written communication skills

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Effective project and time management skills

- Strong analytical and problem solving ability

- Highly Proficient in computer skills including proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, presentation,database applications, and flowcharting / process mapping business activities

- Ability to interpret and administer audit and accounting procedures / principles

- Ability to work independently, sometimes remotely, with minimum supervision

- Quick study of new and complex business processes and effective assessment of risks and deficiencies

- Ability to travel up to +/- 40%

- College degree with a major in accounting, business administration, or equivalent (e.g., engineering)

- Professional certification (CIA, CPA or other similar certification)

- Agrees to pursue professional development opportunities and to obtain professional certification if not already certified

- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes and to think outside of the box

- Appreciation for cultural and organizational diversity across the region

- Ability to drive issues to resolution

- Ability to work with in a team environment and promote teamwork

Basic Preferred:

- Graduate Degree

- Professional certification (similar certification to CPA, CIA)

- Other regional language(speaking/writing) skills a plus

- Big 4 Accounting Firm audit experience a plus

- Relevant operational experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Accounting, Engineering, Manufacturing a plus

- Knowledge of automotive industry a plus
