Senior Associate Vice President/Vice President - Learning & Development - Talent Management


Key Responsibility Areas :

- Design and deliver employee training programs (Individual, team, skill based and management training)

- Create a skill gap analysis to determine learning needs

- Managing new hire orientation and onboarding experiences for new employees, Management trainees & Graduate trainees is essential

- Establishing ways to measure the total effectiveness of all learning and development programs

- Monitoring, analyzing and reporting training data statistics.

- Implementation of career path for sales, non sales and investment team.

- Manage the succession planning process for Mid to senior level key positions in the organization

- Provide inputs in design of the competency model for the Company and map all current and future roles to the proficiency levels

- Facilitate in conducting assessment of individuals based on the competency model for potential development

- Benchmark training programs in the industry, BFSI sector and recommend some of the best in class programs.

Qualification & Experience :

Qualification :

- Minimum Qualification : MBA (Human Resources)

- Experience :

a. Overall Work Experience Minimum 8 years

b. Hands on experience implementing learning and development program for sales and leadership (preferably in FMCG). Should have the exposure in developing digital training/ application-based training.

c. Exposure in career path designing, development of assessment tools and competency mapping is essential.

d. Knowledge of legislation and regulations, of AMC.
