Senior Associate/ Vice president
Job Description :
7. Monitoring the industry for current events, valuations and important financial information including those that affect clients
8. Executing end-to-end client transactions: Support project coordination, including client communication, coordination of advisory team externally
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate genuinely enjoys interacting with others. The Senior Associate/Vice President is expected to be professional, self-motivated, proactive, result-oriented and able to define and provide high quality financial models and information memorandum's/presentations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
1. Post qualification in CFA or CA or MBA
2. Analytical skills: Employees must have strong analytical, numerical, and spreadsheet skills.
3. Strong Expertise in Excel modelling skills (e.g. dynamic financial models with sensitivities) , Power point (e.g. ability to prepare world class presentations) and Word (e.g. strong communication skills)
4. Team player: Individuals must possess excellent team leadership and teamwork skills.
5. Interpersonal skills: Candidates must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills (e.g. Strong written and oral communication skills with proven ability to initiate and manage relationships via phone/emails and Ability to co-ordinate with clients and follow ups including information requests)
6. Ability to understand key Strategy outlook and drivers in different sectors and thereby position a client
7. Ability to understand regulatory issues on a deal
8. Project Management of a deal and tracking of key activities that may be required on a timely basis
9. Ability to Co-ordinate with other advisors on a deal such as legal advisors, tax and financial due diligence advisors
Experience :
Candidates should have 4-10 years of work experience; preferably candidates who have had prior experience executing deals in investment banking.
