Senior Associate - Venture Capital Fund - BFSI

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for financial modeling, valuation, and investment memos

- Screen potential opportunities

- Create storyboard for presentations and pitches and guide analysts in market research and with qualitative and quantitative analysis of the opportunities

- Prepare term sheets and manage transaction documents and other agreements relevant for transactions

- Co-ordinate and manage due diligence and reporting to the senior team members

- Lead internal portfolio reporting work including analysis, trends, risks and mitigants

- Support portfolio companies in the key value creation initiative from the Fund

- Looking for candidates with experience in VC funds
