Senior Associate - Talent Acquisition & People Experience - Internet/Online/Retail (1-6 yrs)
As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will find yourself :
- Identifying and sourcing the best talent out there- support the talent acquisition efforts by posting jobs, assisting with the screening, interviewing, reference check, background check and offer letter process as required
- Researching and talent mapping to help optimise our passive candidate pool
- Gain a solid understanding of individual client requirements
- Manage the operations around each client mandate
- Ability to work independently as well as in teams
- Support all other initiatives within the organisation
- Maintain reports for tracking roles and ensuring that the data is always updated
