Our clients are internationally renowned clients like Nokia, Toyota, GE, ABB, Neste, Danfoss and many others.We are currently recruiting for a Senior Strategy Consulting Associate to work on management consulting projects for high-profile companies and executives across Europe and North America. You will be directly working with the clients and presenting your work to the client executive team from day one! Responsibilities :

1. Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges, objectives, and market dynamics.

2. Market Research: Conduct market assessments, customer segmentation, and feasibility studies to support strategic decision-making.

3. Financial Modelling and Analysis: Perform financial statement analysis, including but not limited to revenue analysis, cost structure assessment, and profitability evaluation.

4. Data Interpretation: Gather and interpret complex financial and operational data to provide insights and actionable recommendations to the consulting team and clients.

5.Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential risks and opportunities associated with M&A activities and investment decisions.

6. Due Diligence Reporting: Prepare clear and concise due diligence reports, highlighting findings, and presenting recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

7. Project Management: Support the execution of consulting projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.

REQUIREMENTS :

1. Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.

2. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Management / Strategy Consulting, Market research, Finance (Auditing). Previous experience in financial analysis, due diligence, or management consulting is preferred. Recent graduates with relevant internships will also be considered

3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.

4. Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and financial modeling.

5. Communication: Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner.

6. Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all analyses and reports. Team Player: A collaborative attitude, thriving in a team-based environment while also being able to work independently.

7. Adaptability: Flexibility to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing project requirements

Tools knowledge required :

1. Proficiency in various tools is essential to efficiently and effectively conduct research, analysis, and develop strategic recommendations.

2. Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is crucial for data analysis, report creation, and presentation development.

3. Data Analysis Tools: Knowledge of statistical analysis tools like SPSS, SAS, R, or Python for data manipulation and interpretation.

4. Business Intelligence Tools: Familiarity with tools like Tableau, QlikView, or Power BI for generating interactive dashboards and visualizations.

5. Document Management Systems: Experience with document management systems like SharePoint or Google Drive for organizing and sharing project-related files securely.
