In this role, you'll:
- Be a strategic thinker: Brainstorm innovative partnerships in the ever-evolving Edu-HR Tech space
- Conduct insightful research: Leverage available resources and your analytical skills to discover promising partners and build a strong understanding of their needs.
- Connect and grow relationships: Develop and execute outreach strategies to connect with potential partners across organizations like PSUs, international foundations, and leading HR-tech players.
- Craft compelling stories: Create clear and persuasive presentations, emails, and reports that showcase the value proposition of our partnerships.
- Master internal and external collaboration: Manage relationships with diverse stakeholders inside Unstop and with partnering organizations, ensuring smooth and effective cooperation.
- Build and nurture pipelines: Develop and monitor pipelines, efficiently moving promising partnerships through various stages to successful outcomes.
Requirements:
- Maximum 3 years of work experience (Ed-Tech is a plus)
- Must have demonstrated skill of getting things done, i.e., strong execution skills
- Proficiency in any Presentation tools - Ms PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides etc.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively.
- Great interpersonal and presentation skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, quick thinker, self-starter and a multitasker
