Senior Associate - Strategic Initiatives
- Candidate will work with the strategy team to create short term and long term strategic plans of the company
- Should have strong Research capabilities

- Should be able to scale new initiatives from 0 to 1.
- Hands on experience to be provided on the job.
- Working cross functionally with business, tech, Product teams to ensure pilot success.
- Candidate will have opportunity to scale the pilot & become the leader if it is successfully launched.
- Candidate will spend a majority of his/her time in creating short term / long term thinking on new initiatives, working closely with the strategy team to measure success.
- Candidate will be responsible in creating new business plans -> tracking -> Changes
- Candidate will move to a hands-on experience role in scaling businesses/new initiatives post a 6 month successful stint in strategic thinking of new initiatives.
- Partner with business unit heads and senior leaders to understand their strategic choices/ problem area
- Conduct outside-in market and competitive analysis to develop key insights
- Outline strategic choices and develop fact-backed solution themes/ recommendations
- Develop high-quality materials and align with various cross-functional stakeholders
- Support senior management presentations and board reviews.
- For high priority problem statements, work with leadership and stakeholders to define the problem scope, identify key hypotheses, define analyses plan and gain agreement on key deliverables and timelines
- Think beyond immediate problem statements, to create long-term, end-to-end perspective, and demonstrate ability to identify strategic opportunities proactively
- Autonomously drive and iterate on key analyses to uncover insights leveraging existing and new information sources
- Bring together insights to develop well-rounded recommendations and help communicate them effectively
- Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate effectively and drive the organization to action
- Evaluate new business initiatives and opportunities - develop a business model and identify ways to service the opportunities
- Any other ad-hoc requirement that will come from the strategy team.
