Senior Associate - Risk - Consulting Firm

Role : Senior Associate - Risk with Python

Following is a brief description of the daily responsibilities :

- Quantitative risk/statistical modelling using Python and other data focused programming languages

- Ability to mine and analyze large data sets, including cleaning, parsing, normalization and evaluation

- Develop robust quantitative techniques to analyze and forecast company KPIs, consumer behaviors and competitive dynamics

- Ability to research quantitatively-driven insights by leveraging business knowledge and working with other members of the team

Key Skills :

- Coding experience using Python is a must in professional setup, and knowledge of Big Data Analytics is a positive

- Understanding of the theory and practices of market risk

- Knowledge of modeling of major asset classes and financial products such as fixed income / credit and credit derivative securities / Forex

- Hands on expertise in building frameworks and systems using programming languages like Python or other programming languages is a must

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Dynamic and self-starting with an attention to detail

- Team oriented and willingness to multi-task

Requirements :

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Math or Engineering, MBA/ Masters in Finance, Math or Statistics preferred

- 2-6 years of total experience
