Senior Associate - Reporting/Business Dashboards - COO Team

We are recruiting for the Senior Associate position in the COO team, and responsibilities will include:

- Responsible for maintaining and publishing weekly & monthly Business Dashboards for leadership

- Manage financial reports and share variance

- Analyze business to track & improve metrics & profitability

- Help establish plans, budgets, allocating resources and reviewing progress

- Liaise with various teams to ensure seamless operations continuity

- Develop Dashboards using Excel/Power BI and other data visualization tools to develop dashboards in collaboration with Business and Management Information teams

- Manage stakeholders and escalations.

- Proficiency Power BI/Tableau would be an added advantage.

- Data Reporting and analysis

- Power point and Excel proficiency

- MBA or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in business operations and /or delivery in big 4 or shared services of large corporates with exposure to working with senior leaders.
