Senior Associate - Reporting - Big4

Job Description:

(Internal Finance)

COMPETENCY OVERVIEW:

- Prepare management reporting and provide timely, accurate and insightful analysis.

- Provide support in managing financial aspects of special projects by determining key drivers, driving the right set of analyses and presenting the conclusions, Monthly reporting and variance analysis.

- Provide controllership support. Play important role in Identifying and solving complex data integrity issues and work closely with the Manager on resolution

- Provide leadership with budgets/forecasts/variance analysis etc. related to functional financial statements.

- Ensure smooth implementation of - and adherence to - new finance requirements, systems, and processes

- Prepare ad-hoc management financial reports as required

- Developing efficiencies and process improvements within the team's work streams.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge Preferred:

- Desire to get into the details. Strong presentation skills

- FP&A experience gained within established businesses, ideally within the Service Industry or Big 4s.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong knowledge of planning and performance processes, including annual budget, monthly forecast and periodic business reviews.

- Team orientated, a "can do" attitude and flexible approach.

- Enthusiasm for solving problems and working collaboratively.

- Work experience with mid-size to large companies with high growth preferred.

- Independent/Self-starter with high attention to detail.

- Strong working knowledge of accounting, controlling and finance operations. Knowledge of SAP.

Skills Preferred:

- Excel/Alteryx/Power BI/SQL/Automation/Essbase/SAP.

Educational Background:

- Degree in accounting, business, finance or related field strongly preferred

- B. Com/BBA/MBA/M. Com/CA (Inter)/CA/ICWA (Inter)/ICWA qualified or equivalent.
